My gratitude Journal

I use to write my gratitude journal everyday before going to bed. This way it sends a powerful message to my subconscious.

Here are my 5 things.

  • I'm grateful for enjoing my family.
  • I'm grateful for my wife. She's great in many ways.
  • I'm grateful for small things that give me pleasure. A great coffe for example
  • I'm grateful for being healthy.
  • I'm grateful for finishing and publishing my last class on Skillshare called "HOW TO SPEED UP YOUR INTERNET CONNECTION & PUT IT ON FIRE"
