My goal

I have 2000 calories per day as my goal.

Actually I don't count calories. But I restrict myself as to the types of foods I can eat. So it's more of a GI Diet thing than a calorie thing.

So I can eat eggs, salad, protein, rice, home made pasta, etc in whatever quantities I wish. But that means no more french fries, potatoes, hamburgers, and almost all junk foods.
