Really enjoyed the twist, bend and stretch and the double box method greatly improves how I draw upper and lower parts of the body now.
I decided to hold my pen more like I'm use to just more loosly and relaxed and it helped me be more comfortable with the whole exprience. Oh and combined the warm-up with my own regular one where i draw lines, cicles and such with a focus on draing from the shoulder.
