My fitness action plan

My action plan is to do half an hour of exercise every day for thirty days. (I only did two days the past week and I know consistency is key). I'll be mainly using my stationery exercise bike, but if I can go for a walk, I'll do so, putting on some music and going for a two hour walk would be the aim.
