My first fresh cold water pickles!!!

I loved this skill share! Great personality guy who breaks it down to simple concepts and makes pickling cold an easy project. I have pickled many times using the heat baths and boiling brines, and people love my pickles. However, I have never been happy with the loss of crispness - why didn't mine feel like the deli ones in the barrel???

Well this made it all come together! I whipped these up this morning, couldnt wait the 3 days to try a spear, had one tonight and it was delish! I know its only getting better from here.
