My favorite focus exercise and how I practiced it

Belly breathing

I do this exercise right after waking up in the morning and usually while meditating.

I place my right hand in my stomach and I:

- inhale for 4s

- hold my breath for 2s

- exhale for 4s

- hold the breath for 2s

It truly does wonders for my general well-being and focus.
