My fat loss calculation

154 pounds x 10 = 1,540 calories per day resting metabolic rate

1,540 x 0.10 = 154

1,540 -154 = Fat loss calorie goal of 1,386

Although, I started my weight loss journey a month ago, and since then I have been consuming 1000-1200 calories daily, except on cheat days of course!
