Hi David,Just trying to get this back before your time runs out!Great work - a few thoughts.Header: Misses an opportunity to be memorable and is also exactly the kind of heading that some spam uses. Incorporating what you offer into the title means they're more likely to find you when searching through their emails.Logo wise: I'm going to be consistent throughout my feedback that for me personally, I find branding with a microphone a bit of a cliche. Furthermore, I feel it's a missed opportunity to get a sense of what you (aka the brand) are like. The way it curves into almost a smily face is clever and you've got a key colour with the blue, but a little more personality might be a little more memorable. That's personal taste though.Email very strong, but I think we can cut it down even more. I'd say posing a question not about VO, even a rhetorical one, can be a bit risky - especially as you then don't go on to ask them if they keep a voiceover list. As a result, the whole thing comes cross a bit more like a proposition than an offering, if that makes sense? The important distinction between that, and why we want one over the other, is that a proposition can be dismissed easily if they don't have a brief requiring your exact vocal type right now. Whereas an offering is more along the lines of keeping you in mind for the future (which is the goal). "If you have't guessed already" - unless you state British Voiceover in the subject heading, they wouldn't have guessed.Capitalisation: one for personal taste. I used to do this, but felt over time it game across as a but 'proposition-y'. Probably the same applies to Bold or italics though, so if you're comfortable pitching these up, that's cool.And think again about the offering in the final sentence. I'd saying "I'm here if you need me" is lighter and easier to digest than "lets have a chat". The latter suggests that they'd be interested in an indepth discussion about your process right then and there, which they're likely not... though I do see this more in American markets. Ultimately your ideal is for them to go "Great - added you to our list" (or "we have a job") rather than "tell me more about voiceover".All the content is there, just be careful how you frame it all would be my advice!PS.
