My dutch oven loaves!

I usually bake bread in dutch ovens, two at the same time, so I can back more loaves faster. This time I used for the first time parchment paper to move the scored loaves from the pizza peal to the pan. It made scoring so much easier. I scraped the flour with a knife as in the video and just to experiment, I sprayed water on one of the loaf inside the pot to see if it made any difference. The loaf with the sprayed water is the one in the left. It came out with a more bubbly crust, without using cornstarch. I haven't had a chance to slice them yet, they are still warm. So far a fun experience. Thanks Teresa!
