Starting this class I wansn’t really sure what to expect but I am very glad I followed it. Though I’m not sure if I did every exercise the correct way; even if I didn’t it’s helped me clear some things up that I’ve been thinking about a lot lately. Especially when it comes to starting small. I think one of the things that holds me back to try something for myself is just setting my expectations way too high. And going at it with full force.. I’m definitely going to keep this in mind and not put any pressure on myself.
