Day 1: currently listening to

I live for music. Music is something that can calm me down or get me excited, ready do to stuff and change the world.

Mariage d'Amour is my go-to song when I have an anxiety or panic attack or when I just suffered from flashbacks or when in general I have been having a very difficult day mental health-wise, it never fails to calm me down and help me ground. And then you have Queen, my all-time favorite band. Their songs make me feel like I can change this world and that I am strong and confident and the softer songs are just so moving and heartwarming. It always makes me smile.

I chose to work with just the basic colors and linked my own emotions to that. Blue is sadness, yellow is happiness, green is calmed and red is power.

I used Gouache, pencil, and basic pigment liner to make my art(?) piece.

Day 2: recently I learned

No joke I sometimes lie awake at night just confused by the fact that zeppelins already existed even though for me it seems like something that would exist in the future. I don't know why, it's just something my brain has a hard time accepting.

Also, the fact that they could make a comeback for short-distance flights really blows my mind. And yes there is a zeppelin that's called the flying bum...

Day 3: Creating with

I picked the colors pink and blue. I thought it would be fun to use the materials themselves to color it in. It looks a little messy and wobbly but I had fun with it and I think that's the most important part.

Most of my materials were cheap or on sale but they do the job.

Day 4: Latest reading material

I don't read a lot. For me, reading is triggering (gotta love PTSD, not haha) and is never something I enjoyed. Recently I've been working on that in therapy and I'm trying to learn that reading can be fun? It's a work in progress.

I used watercolors for this one.
