My Workout Routine

I've been working on getting a lot better at push-ups lately, so here is my program. 

Monday: Workout 1

Tuesday: Rest

Wednesday: Workout 2

Thursday: Rest

Friday: Workout 1

Saturday: Rest

Sunday: Workout 2

Then I would just repeat this cycle leaving one day in between each workout.
