My Why and How

I want to wake up earlier because I am on a gap year from college and need some help boosting my motivation, productivity, and creativity. Waking up earlier will help motivate me to exercise every day and get a better start on my work in the mornings, and I'll have more alone time in a typically pretty busy household before everyone else wakes up.

Currently, I am waking up between 8.30 and 9.00 most days, but I'd like to wake up at 6.00 or 6.30. Tomorrow I'm going to try jumping to wake up at 7.00 am and take my dogs for a walk by 7.45, and from there I'll work backward incrementally.
