My Way to Balance between Work & Personal Life

I have all tips in use. But after filling the chart for the class project I see some weak points that need corrections and improvements. For example:

  • need more dicipline and system in working schedule
  • stop checking work mobile apps on weekends  
  • try to plan for a longer period ahead
  • need to find a really good variant of changing activity - better one that requires to go out from home :) 
  • need to be more consistent in sports

One more idea to try - not to skip lunches and stop eating in front of PC continuing to work! Maybe even try to go out for lunch at least several times a week.
