My Updated Morning Ritual

1- Make the Bed

2- Drink 1/2 Litre of Water

3- Exercise for 15 minutes

4- Meditate

5- Set Intentions for the day

 

The make the bed technique is not mentioned in your couse here, however, I read about it in many books and it is derived from military routines. It is known to be a good way to start your day by getting something done just as you wake up.
