5 Key Areas of My Home

Console/credenza/vanity - I live in a tiny Manhattan apartment so it serves many purposes! I painted it myself to match the knobs I bought from Anthropologie.

Bookshelf - From West Elm. My fiance won't let me remove Darth Vadar. In general there is too much "stuff." Lots of editing to do here.

Coffee Table - From Ikea..

Sofa - This sofa makes me sad!

Bedroom - I love yellow & grey together :)

8 Principles of Styling

Needs - seating/lounge area

Shape - varied shapes: table is rectangular, oval tray, soft shape of the couch

Color - muted and soft

Pattern - pillows of varied pattern

Texture - furry blanket

Placement - set close  together for an intimate vibe, groupings of objects in 2's and 3's

Bling - sconces on the side table and metallic tray

Botanicals - simply arranged roses
