My Substitutions

  1. Instead of Sriracha, have chili paste (it's lower in sugar)
  2. Instead of barbecue sauce, use a smoky seasoning (lower in sugar)
  3. Substitute white rice instead of oatmeal, post workout
  4. Substitute water instead of almond milk for shakes and smoothies

I'll add more! But that's what I've got for now.
