My Sleep Project

Some of the positive sleep habits I already did were:

-Stop wearing sunglasses

-Download F.lux to alter computer screen light

-Limit alcoholic consumption to 1-2 drinks

I've implemented the following sleep habits so far:

-Open your blinds/shades as soon as you get up

-Limit coffee or soda to 1 cup a day consumed 8 hours before bed

-Change sleeping temperature to 65-70 degrees

The combination of these 3 alone has made a tremendous difference and I've been able to get to sleep faster and earlier than before. 

Some of them are kind of a work in progress including:

-Exercising 20-30 mins 5 days a week

-Drink at least 66 oz of water a day

-Avoid eating after 2 hours before bedtime
