My Sketchbook Magic

My Sketchbook Magic - student project

[I've been watching the videos and doing the prompts, but haven't had a chance to actually update my project until now! Here's what I've got for the time being...]

DAY 1 - I chose one of my brush pen sets and so it just made sense to practice some lettering, since the assignment for today was to "just make marks".

DAY 2 - I decided to use Ria's prompt list for my magic bowl, and used up all the extra white pieces (after cutting them all out) to write some of my own prompts. For today, the magic bowl gave me ELEPHANTS.

DAY 3 - My die roll gave me a 5, and the magic bowl gave me FURNITURE, so I drew some furniture for five minutes. (The longer I work through these daily prompts, and the more I fill up my sketchbook, the more I like this and the happier it makes me! It's working!)

DAY 4 - I made the little fortune teller and everything! It told me to make art in my bedroom, but I cheated and just made art at my little art table instead. :P I added on to my furniture page from Day 3.

DAY 5 / DAY 1 of 7 - I drew the number 7, so I'll continue posting what I do in my sketchbook for the next seven days! Here's my first one...

DAY 2 of 7 - This was a VERY busy day for me, so I'm using my daily tarot card drawing (from my bullet journal) as my sketchbook entry for today. I also used it as my first drawing for #inktober, since the prompt was FAST (and I drew it quickly)

DAY 3 of 7 - Again, using my #inktober drawing, since it was in my sketchbook! Today's prompt was NOISY, thus my noisy cat.

DAY 4 of 7 - I'm combining today's with the first day of Ria's Discover Your Art Style course, so here's my sketchbook pencil study from today
