Below I've listed a few things that popped into my head as I'm watching through the things that did not work for you.

01 ebay & 500px

Yes I think that e-bay is not for me either. The idea of having to actually ship things seems crazy! I have recently setup an account on 500px to sell some of my images but I would like to get into creating products from these.

04 Coloring in books

This is something that I am thinking of doing with the images above. I am going to look into Create Space to figure out the options.
