My Productiviy System- Productivity Masterclass: Create a Custom System that Wor
I built this productivity system after taking 4 courses on productiviy provided in skillshare. And this course, was the final one.
My tasks:I started using the following apps:
Habitica : todo lists (what I have to do in genral, without specification)
Microsoft ToDo: Detailed tasks. I will use it to share and print my today tasks. I share it with google keep, then I share it to my note taking system ( in my inbox page, a section where I will put the tasks of the day).
google tasks: for the tasks I got from Gmail. I am not sure that I will keep using it.
My inbox page related to my notes taking system. A specefic section dedicated to random notes and tasks that I will occur during the day. Later I will put these tasks in a specefic category. Or, I will simply delete them.
Printed planner sheets that I personalized : in wich I will plan the entire projects. With daily, weekly and monthly sheets for tasks and projects planning, as well as for reviewing.
My Events (calendar):
Google Calendar: For events. I will add to it my recurring work schedule.
TimeTune: I plan all the day using this app. I have all the week planned in blocks of times dedicated to specific kind of tasks. It also allows adding events. But I don't use this option.
My Digital Files:
Mega: to synchronize my files in the cloud.
My Physical Files:
For the paper documents, I will adopt the same physical system described in the course: I already have a binder, and a hanging folder drawer. I just have to buy the hanging folders.
Adobe scan: for digitization.
