My (Potential) Work Out Plan

After thinking about it, I really can start waking up earlier and exercise before class between 6 to 7 am or after class between 3 to 4 pm

I was thinking of doing some basic stretching and jog around the block for 10 mins. 

Then back home I'd do 3 reps of 3 push ups

take a small break, about a minute or so

do 3 reps of 4 squats

do a plank for 30 seconds

take another small break for about a minute

and then I'll fill the last exercise with something focused on a specific muscle group. 

 

Hopefully, I'll stick to it cause man is exercising overwhelming sometimes.
