My New Morning Ritual

1. Journal / write out three things I'm grateful for

2. Drink water

3. Exercise or do Yoga for five minutes

4. Read while I have my coffee

 

Every day I tried out a few new things and figured out how well they work together and what suits me and my lifestyle. This is what I came up with and I am so excited to see how it will work for me and what impact it will have on my life.
