My NEW Morning Routine

  1. Sleep 8 hours
  2. Drink Water (will do while exercising)
  3. Exercise (Alternate -> Cardio, Yoga, Strengthening)
  4. Meditate 
  5. Eat a healthy breakfast
  6. Read or Write for 30 minutes
