My Morning Routine - student project

Now that I am an empty-nester, I have time to enjoy my morning routine. I believe it does help me to be productive each day. I am trying to learn French. I listen to CDs of French instruction while driving and French radio while preparing dinner. I also try to improve my computer skills all the time, although I am what some might call "tech phobic."

Thanks for the class, Vladimir. I really enjoyed it. 

Here is my morning routine:

Stretch out my spine and limber up my legs and feet, arms and hands. Do 15 squats for strength and 15 curl-ups for strength. 

Give thanks for all the blessings in my life. Ask for strength to be my best self. 

Drink a glass of water with lemon and mint in it.

Eat fruit, nuts and plain, high protein yogurt and sometimes an egg. 

Drink a decaffeinated coffee while reading something that pertains to my work in my holistic day spa. 

Make my husband's lunch. (He does nice things for me, too.) :) 

Wave good-bye to my husband and then go to work.
