My Morning Routine

1.) Exercise for 30 minutes

2.) Read for at least 10 minutes

3.) List 10 new ideas

4.) Drink Water

5.) Set intentions for the day

--For this last one, I usually have a list of priorities for the day anyway, but I've begun giving myself something to think about for the course of the day that helps define what my day is about. For example, yesterday, my focus was to celebrate little moments.
