1.The Night Before: I usually sleep at around 11pm everynight. Before sleeping i get my food, cloth and schedule ready for the next day followed by light meditation.
2.Mornings: I get up around 6am. I immediately meditate, say to myself that I am grateful for seeing this day. Then i make and have a glass of hot water with lemon, honey and coffee, followed by getting freshened up, having light meal and then off to gym or beach for excercise.
