My Habit: Stretch for 10 Minutes a Day

I go to yoga class 1x per week but do very little stretching of any kind in between classes and feel myself stiffening up throughout the week. My whole day feels different if I invest a few minutes into stretching my legs, arms and back. On the flip side, not stretching has the oppositte effect and snowballs into more not stretching throughout the week. It culiminates in making going back to yoga the following week more difficult and less likely.
