My Goals

Goals for 2013:
-Lift 3x a week, EVERY week.
-Lose the love handles
-Learn Muay Thai and practice Parkour

-Eventually break the soda addiction
-Do 3 pull-ups
-Maintain Emotional Health
-Commit to fat loss this time, no turning back!
