My First Attempt at Katakana!

My First Attempt at Katakana! - student project

I have watched a local Japanese channel (NHK World) since my daughter was born in 2015 and find Japanese culture very interesting.  I was excited to see this course as I've always wanted to try to write Japanese.

Here are my first attempts - probably not the best, but it was fun!  I love that even in Katakana, which is supposed to be more simple, it's very important to pay attention to all of the little details like the stroke order, angles, and direction of each stroke.

I think that I got our names right, too - would love a critique.  I also only had a felt tip pen and not a brush, so the letters may look better with a brush.
