My Favorite Ways to Destress

First thing I like to do when I'm stressed about a project, is to take a break and walk away. Even if it's just downstairs to get a drink of water or start on a quick, fun, non-work-related project. If I'm really overwhelmed, I like to sit on the floor and focus on my dogs. They're so happy and remind me to stay focused on the moment. To not worry and to have some fun! They're the best :) <3
