My Active Body Exercise results

I've not done much with mindfulness before this, but I'm very into self mastery and meditation, so this short course looked perfect for me.

After watching the main part of this course (video 3, active body exercise) I found that I've really just taken for granted so much of what is subconscious in my daily activities. I believe that mindfulness, whether it be being aware of your breath (that's what I did - just be aware) or noticing how the ground feels as you walk, really helps to focus my mind.

Thanks for a great course and I will definitely be on the lookout for your future courses!
