Muscle Madness

My arms are like Bugs Bunny's.  Time to build some upper body strength through climbing, pole dancing, weight training and other activities.  I've already arranged times with people from work who know about weight training since I'm clueless :)  I hate the gym oh so much so it'll help having others with me.

Just joined the Fitocracy group and looking forward to tracking my workouts.  

Goals:

Do 20 pushups without wanting to die

Do 5 pull ups...currently can do half of one?

Move onto yellow routes for bouldering

Hold myself up on a pole for 2 min.
