Move More & Eat Better

Exercise and I have an on/off relationship in that I tend to get serious about it for a month, and then when other tasks increase, I drop it and it's hard to get back in. The situation intensified in Fall 2011 when a rib injury rendered it impossible for me to exercise for 6 months. In Fall 2012, I decided it was well past time to get back into the game!

I am now two months into doing cardio at least two hours a week, but I recently begain focusing more on calisthenics and light lifting, as strength has never been a focus, but I know it should be. To meet this goal as well as to tone everywhere, particularly the mid-section, I aim to exercise 30 minutes 5 days a week, while also trying to limit the temptations of eating out.
