I am in fairly decent shape, but I crave more! My long terms goals are to thru-hike the AT and run a few marathons and triathlons. 

The first habit I need to break is my inadequate nutritional intake- too much junk! I need to journal my intake and hold myself accountable. 


In 2006, I spent every free moment hiking the mountains of NH. I completed all of my 4000 footers and a few of my hundred highest. Since then, I have let my wanderlust be squashed by the everyday demands of the middle class worker's life. 


Im going to change that! Starting now.
