Paramakatoi is a very far off settlement in my country Guyana. Its between many mountain ranges and captures a scenery beyond your wildest imagination. I haven't had the pleasure of ever visiting this magnificent place before until two days ago.
My music team planned the trip to connect to the natural instruments of nature. While embracing the fullness of life and what music means to us.
The Mountain trail as we walked up with our Tour Guide
A moment of reconnection with nature a fellow team mate took. Taking in the smell and feel of nature at the tippy top of the mountain admiring the settlement way below.
Capturing the nearby mountains and contouring landscape which farmers use for planting in the village.
At the foot of the mountain there was this small stream where villagers come to collect water, wash and other common activities like bathing and swimming.
Both of these two trees have a different history of how they arrived at the spot but the way in which they grew closer together like a couple shows that nature has love and keeps it forever too. A landmark in the Paramakatoi Village.
