Morning Routine

What is Your Primary Focus?

My focus is to make progress on my art and teaching practice, have a positive impact on the world, and prepare to move to France.

❏ Get rid of one thing/tidy one area

 

Ideal Morning Routine Schedule

  • 9:00 am: Wake up, make bed, bathroom, brush teeth (10 min)
  • 9:10 am: Write in journal (dreams, gratitude, daily goals, affirmations) (10 min)
  • 9:20 am: Meditate, stretching, yoga (15 min)
  • 9:35 am: Eat breakfast (10 min)
  • 9:45 am: clean one area
  • 10:00 am: Reading (15 min)
  • 10:15 am: Break, miscellaneous (15 min)
  • 10:30 am: Practice French (30 min)
  • 11:00 am: Start work, set primary focus (30 min)
