Morning Meditation

My life is better when I begin with meditation. I find that I'm less reactive/impulsive and therefore more free and in control of how I go about my day. Being able to freely choose the right action/direction each day brings endless benefits to me, and meditation is the foundation of that. My goal with this project, the class and the Lift coaching program is to establish the meditation habit -- even if just 15-30 minutes in the beginning, and then grow my time to an hour or more, as I develop consistency and momentum. This is a keystone habit that will feed into my successful work routines, health, personal development, finances and more.
