Morning -- Making My Day!

Here are my next steps...

  • Form the morning habit -- wake up, drink water, and get out of bed [A], and into the shower [B].
  • The tangible reward is being dressed by 6:00 am.
  • Continue the morning with light exercise and then breakfast (carbohydrates and protein). 

This is my new daily routine. The day starts at 5:20am and I'm done with breakfast by 6:30. On the weekend, the day starts on or around 6:50am.
