thanks for your video, I couldn´t wait to get started....so my first project is a
variation of your raspberry chia jam.
I only had frozen mixed berries in my fridge and the amount wasn´t enough,
so I mixed 1 peeled peach with the mixed defrosted berries I got, added
chia seeds, honey and 2 tablespoons of coconut flakes and mixed it up.
I put the jam on top of my semolina porridge and had a delicious dessert today :-)
