Mission: Keep up with my dog.

I lost 40-50 lbs of fat last year. That was awesome but I'm not as awesome as I could be yet. This year, I want to lose that stubborn last 25 I have left to go as well as increase my muscle mass for strength and, I'll admit, aesthetics. Most importantly, I want to increase my endurance for those long hikes in the woods or jogs in the neighbourhood with my four-legged best friend. I have asthma and hope to gradually condition my lungs to be able to handle more exertion.

To that end, I've started a fitness program on BodBot.com, been doing workouts on 100 Pushups and 200 Situps, and started C25K.

I hope to maintain good eating habits, and have been using MyFitnessPal to record what I eat to help me stay within a general healthy range for calories and macros.

I want to end this year actually proud of my body for once in my life, for how I look, but more importantly, for how I feel.
