Mini Meditation: Focus, Breathe, Relax

The Problem
As a multidisciplined artist/teacher/creative entrepreneur, I lead a busy life and regurlarly feel stressed/overwhelmed.

The Solution
To create more relaxation and focus in my life, I created this mini meditation:


During the day, I will try to pause regurlarly, focus on my body and breath, and consciously relax.

The Experience So Far
The couple of times I did this exercise in the past, it did make a difference, so I'd love to turn it into a serious daily habit.
There are other things I'd like to implement as well, but let's start with something small and take it from there.
