    1. Candidates

    4. List out any selfish reasons why each player would need their contacts/friends to join the service.

                                                               i.      want to be able to hook their friends up with a job.

                                                             ii.      Want to expand their network.

                                                            iii.      Give recruiter good referrals to build mutually beneficial relationship.

                                                           iv.      Referral fees for candidates!

                                                             v.      Social recognition (successful referral results in facebook notification “Candidate X helped Person Y get a job!”)

                                                               i.      Increases talent pool

                                                             ii.      Reduces degree of separation between firm and candidate

                                                            iii.      Increases fill rate

                                                               i.      Given access to a greater talent pool than would be possible through internal development

                                                             ii.      Reduces hiring costs

                                                            iii.      Reduces hiring risk

                                                           iv.      Increased versatility and time utility w/ candidate selection

                                                               i.      Candidates will have direct access to a recruiter whom they can build a relationship with.

                                                             ii.      Not really sure.. .candidates are the commodity here, so I don’t really want to charge them.
