Meditation: Going Deeper

Do you like to live on the alive edge of life? Are you drawn to the edge as both an outer and inner experience? Have you tried to meditate, however the depth you are looking for eludes you?

Come meditate with me, and I will show you how to tap into the depth you know is there.

We will embark on a simple daily practice, and before you know it, that depth and inner aliveness will be with you all the time.

One minute a day. Five minutes a day. That's all it takes.

  • The class will consist of a daily guided meditation, over a period of 3 weeks.
  • There will be audio talks to listen to, and live chat discussions.
  • We will measure our progress, by incremental increases experiencing the deeper part of ourselves.
  • There will be blog posts, that you can reflect upon.
  • We will explore the history and benefits of meditation, and bring a bigger context for the practice and experience of meditation. 
  • You can do as little as one minute a day.
  • By the end of the class you will have a tangible sense for depth within, and motivation to continue within a time frame that fits your life.

You will be changed by this class.
