Meditate for 30 Minutes Every Morning

What is your Habit Personality Type?

1st - Upholder. Tied for 2nd - Questioner and Obliger. Zero for rebel.

Why did you sign up for this class?

I've been reading a lot about how the brain works and how we form habits (good or bad). I've already been more mindful of my habits this last week. The Skillshare email popped into my box at just the right time.

I want to form a morning meditation habit.

What has been your most consitent good habit in the past?

I lost 50 pounds in 2011 and have kept the weight off for 3 years :-)
