Meditate 30 minutes every morning

I have been wanting to make meditation a part of my daily life for years and years. I know that it will do me so much good, if I do it every day consistently. In the past I have sporadically meditated but I have not been able to keep it going as a daily practice. I am hoping this class will give me the tools to make meditation a habit, and to form other habits that will improve my life dramatically.
