


I have always thought my Mom made the best meatballs. So I used her recipe/method of concocting some amazing Italian meatballs, with some variations. I am an admittedly horrible cook and have never cooked meatballs before. When I saw The Meatball Shop was running this class though, I was stoked to give it a shot and learn from some rad dudes that make delicious balls. I used to think making meatballs was complicated, but I know now that they aren't. I had a blast making these and can't wait to continue to make them and perfect my own recipe.
You guys are a huge inspiration to my entrepreneurial spirit (and a great contributor to my stomach). Maybe one day I will help you guys open your first shop in Boston!
My ingredients:
Italian bread crumbs
2 lbs of ground beef
parmesan cheese
1 egg
milk
cooked in olive oil
