Mastering Myself

I'm going to start taking fitness and health much more seriously this year:

  • Work on bodyweight strength training (including lots of gymastics training)
  • Start doing squats, deadlifts, bench presses, etc
  • Rock Climb more regularly
  • Develop much better flexibility (be able to to splits, etc)
  • Take my dancing to the next level (dedicated practice to improve qualitfy of movement, endurance, strength, etc)
  • Cook more meals at home
  • Learn how to cook healthier meals
  • Create weekly plans for accelerating muscle gains
