Marc's Vegan Chili

For my first bowl of chili I followed the recipe exactly as laid out in the videos. Then I had a bowl to which I added brown rice.

Looking at my videos it appears that it took about 50 minutes for my chili to come to a boil. I probably ended up letting it simmer for as long as two hours after that.

Once I had let it cool overnight in the refrigerator it did thicken up some, which is fine by me.
