Making your own Condiments

In this class I will go over the steps necessary to make your own mayonnaise, mustard and ketchup.

  • These easy recipes will allow you to customize your own recipes and make condiments that are tastier and much less expensive than store bought versions.
  • I will provide recipes for Avocado Mayonnaise, Beer and Black Pepper Mustard and Small Batch Slow Cooker Ketchup.
  • Students will be asked to choose one recipe and make it themselves, customizing it for their own tastes.
